    Installation of alcohol disinfectant
    Disinfectant is installed at the entrance, front desk, restaurant, etc.
    We are working to create a safe and secure environment that is easier for customers to use.

    Strengthening regular disinfection
    Alcohol disinfection of door knobs, doors, buttons in elevators, toilet doors, etc.
    In addition, the facility will be ventilated regularly.

    Employee response
    Thorough daily physical condition management such as temperature measurement when employees go to work, frequent hand washing, gargling, and alcohol disinfection.
     Due to the health and safety of our customers and public health, our staff will wear a mask when we serve you.

    Partition installation
     Partitions are installed at front counters, restaurants, etc. to prevent splash infection.
     In addition, we have set up a sign that urges customers to secure their social distance.

    Use of elevator
     When using the elevator, please refrain from conversations and leave a space.

    At the time of payment
     We will use the cash tray for payment.

    We will comply with requests based on the guidelines for measures against new coronavirus infections and the Act on Special Measures for Measures against New Influenza (Act No. 31 of 2012).

    Request to customers
    ·Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection when visiting the museum.
    ·At check-in and when visiting the restaurant, temperature will be measured using a non-contact thermometer.
    ·Please wear a mask on the property of the hotel.
    ·If you have any subjective symptoms such as fever, cough, olfaction/taste disorder, or fatigue, please do not visit us.
    ·If you feel unwell during your stay, please tell your local staff.
    ·Please present your ID at check-in to verify your identity.
